VSAT systems can be located in remote areas, and it may not always be possible to have a qualified technician on-site to troubleshoot problems. In these cases, VSAT remote support can be a valuable asset. We have our highly expert NOC team who makes sure the tasks are fulfilled upto the mark.
Implementation
Starting from site survey to dish installation and pointing, the Field Service Representative configures the modem and tests the connectivity. Our NOC team always keep in touch with the Field Service Representative to make sure there are no errors or miscommunications on the site.
Maintenance
A common requirement that arise with every second customer, we can do it smooth. This includes all the types of requests like fine tuning, repointing, upgrades or replacements, de-installation, relocation etc. You name it and we are there.
Importation Support
We provide expert support for custom clearances as in majority of the countries customer relies on importation of equipment and this becomes difficult unless you have experts to handle this. We can even ship the good at the door making it very easier for the customer to deal with a single entity.
Power Solutions
A basic necessity which may not be fulfilled in some of the countries is availability of electricity. We provide On Grid and Off Grid Power Solutions to eliminate this constrain making VSAT operation smooth and uninterrupted.
